Guerlain IDYLLE launch party

My friend from Paris Ora Ito invited me to the launch of his new bottle design for Guerlain Idylle which took place at the penthouse in one of Tokyo’s top hotels with Thierry Wasser ‘The Nose’ who created the fragrance and also in attendance was Chef De Cuisine from Dom Perignon Pascale Tingaud who created food to not only compliment the champagne, but also inspired by the fragrance, the rose flavored ice cream was amazing!

パリのから来日した僕の友人のOra Ito氏によるGuerlain Idylleのボトルデザインを記念したローンチパーティーが東京のトップホテルのペントハウスにて行なわれました。そこにはフレグランスを手がけたThierry Wasser氏（’The Nose’='お鼻’）とドン・ペリニヨンのシェフでPascale Tingaud氏が参加し、シャンパンに合うだけではなく、そのフレグランスにインスパイアされた料理を作っていました。ローズフレイバーのアイスクリームにはとても感激しました！

Summer

Tokyo Summer arrived this week with some seriously warm days of up to 34 degrees, so I thought it was a good time to take my annual visit to the Nerima water park Toshima-en to cool down, enjoy the water slides, waves and a day in the sun. (please add web link to the park)

東京に本格的に夏が到来し、気温も３４度とすごい暑さの中、毎年恒例のとしまえんに行ってきました。ウォータースライドや波で涼みながら、日差しを楽しみました！

Wild at Heart (Full Version)

The full version of Wild at Heart is now available as a mobile download on Recochoku. There’s been some great support from Victor Entertainment and Coca-Cola, and we’ll be seeing some cool features about the release starting next week.

Nick Wood signs with Air Edel for Film and Television

I’m delighted to announce that I am now exclusively represented by Air Edel the London based agency for film and TV. I met Maggie Rodford and Mark Lo last year in London and to my surprise, they loved my music and offered to represent me as a composer in this highly competitive and notoriously difficult field. Air Edel have been going for 40 years so they know a thing or 2 about film and television and what it takes to make it. I’m very excited about working with them and look forward to composing more songs and scores for film and TV. Check out my profile on their website here.

G-Star Raw Night #8 @ Le Baron

Raw Night 8 was absolutely great with Andre, he’s a charmer, gentlemen, a fantastic artist, lots of fun to spend time and my good mate! Andre and I have decided to do more work together in Japan, already we are partners in Le Baron Tokyo, so now Syn is going to represent him for all kinds of creative and fun projects… more to come on that.

ロウナイツ＃８は本当に楽しかったです！アンドレは素晴らしいアーティストでもありながらチャーミングなジェントルマンであり、僕の良き友人。既にルバロン東京のパートナーではあるが、これからは Syn が彼の日本エージェントとしてクリエイティブ且つ楽しいプロジェクトをどんどんやっていきます！
