Richard Geoffroy in Tokyo

It’s hard to believe it’s nearly six months since Richard Geoffroy, Chef De Cave of Dom Perignon was in Tokyo last, but last week he was back on great form giving another tasting at Amore in Aoyama. This time we experienced the 2000 Vintage, the 1995 Oenotique and the 1975 Oenotique, needless to say it was an incredible evening and Richard’s words of passion and his fine product are something quite out of the ordinary.
ドン・ペリニョンのチーフ、リチャード・ジョフレーが東京を訪れてからもう６ヶ月も経ってるなんて信じられないけど、先週また再来日し、青山のAmoreで試飲会を開催してくれた。今回は2000 Vintage、1995 Oenotique、1975 Oenotiqueをテイスティングし、言うまでもなく最高の夜で、彼の情熱とこれらの商品はもう桁外れに素晴らしい！
