Syn Open House Party December 16th, 2009

Last night was the official opening of the new Syn Studios and our company bonnenkai party. We have been planning, designing and building the new studio space for well over a year and finally we opened our doors for all to see.
昨夜はSynのリニューアルオープンと忘年会を兼ねたパーティーでした。一年以上も計画してデザイン、建てられた新しいスタジオをついに皆様にお見せすることができました！
Not only was this our new studio opening, but the launch of our new website syn.co.jp produced by Chris Palmeiri of AQ, we also launched our new brand identity by North, (who I have been working with since 1996), the new logo features a whole new color scheme for Syn to represent the 4 divisions, Syn Songs, Syn Studios, Syn Entertainment and Syn Create.
新しいスタジオだけではなく、AQのChris Palmieriによる新しいウェブサイト、www.syn.co.jp、1996年からずっと一緒に働いてきたNorthのデザインによる新しいブランドアイデンティティーを発表しました。Synロゴには、それぞれ新しい色をフューチャーし、4部署それぞれ、Syn Songs, Syn Studios, Syn Entertainment, Syn Createを表現しています。
The food for the party was amazing, prosuito ham, parmegiano cheese from Mario Frittoli‘s restaurant “Mario i sentieri“, yakitori from “Genpachi” and smoked salmon from Mr. Yamazaki.
パーティーの食べ物がまた最高で、親友のマリオ・フリットリのレストラン「Mario i sentieri」からはプロシュートハムとパルメザンチーズの塊、ご近所の居酒屋 「源八」からは焼き鳥、そして山崎さんのスモークサーモン!!
We also enjoy sake from the traditional barrel and custom made Syn-branded wooden cups and Chandon champagne.
そして皆でよく冷えたシャンパンと樽に入った日本酒を特性のロゴ入りマスで楽しみました！
DJ’s included Syn’s very own funk master J and John Beulleus.
そしてDJには、Synの我らがファンク・マスターJとジョン・ビューリュー。
In the studio we demonstrated a 5:1 surround mix for the Marc Newson film, “Knife Through Water” that Syn is currently producing.
スタジオではSynが製作中のマーク・ニューソンのフィルム「Knife Through The Water」用に5.1chサラウンドミックスされた曲のデモンストレーションをおこないました。
Lastly, the table tennis competition seemed to be a big success with the 2 winners each getting an iPod.
そして卓球大会が、これまた大盛況で優勝者2名にはそれぞれipodがプレゼントされました。
